MPI was founded in 1998.  The company has developed, marketed and sold various products to the meat industry.  Today, the MPI pH-Meter is used by many of the major meat production and genetic companies in the United States.  The meter is also used in South America, Europe, Australia, and the Far East.  Quality Assurance personnel, private industry researchers, and academics, among others, utilize the MPI pH-Meter.
